The Purchaser formally acknowledges that he has read and agreed to the general sales conditions below before finalising the purchase of tickets.
This website is run by Palais des Beaux-Arts, a limited-liability company under public law with social purpose, with registered office at rue Ravenstein 23 in 1000 Brussels, registered in the Register of Legal Persons of Brussels as company number 0895.408.978.
These general conditions apply to the sale of all tickets by the Palais des Beaux-Arts (‘the PBA’) or related activities through its website in so far as it does not run counter to special contractual arrangements agreed between the PBA and the Client. As a result, the Client cannot call for the application of its own general or special conditions, even if these conditions state that they are the only conditions to be applied.
The PBA acts:
- As organiser of its own productions.
- As service provider for the sale of tickets for its own productions.
- As partner and co-producer for certain joint productions.
- As service provider for other event organisers and/or renters of halls and as such cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for changes of date, venue or price or event cancellation resulting from a decision by the organisers and/or renters of halls.

The PBA reserves the right to refuse access to the Palais des Beaux-Arts for security reasons.
We reserve the right to cancel any performance or deny access to venues if unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure compels us to do so, such as (this list is not exhaustive) storms, strikes, fires, water damage, illness of a performer, special measures imposed by the public authorities as part of efforts to fight terrorism, etc. In such circumstances, we will arrange a different date where possible.

I. Opening of doors
The doors to the hall will open 30 minutes before the start of the performance. The audience must take their seats before the specified time. If you arrive after this, you will not usually be allowed to enter the hall. However, the PBA may decide to allow late arrivals to enter during applause or the interval. Your seat reservation will no longer be valid. As such, if your seats are occupied by other audience members, we will not be able to make them available to you, in order to avoid disturbing the performance. The reservation will also be cancelled if you leave the hall during the performance.
J. Hall capacity/private reservation
In the event of low audience numbers, the Palais des Beaux-Arts reserves the right to reduce the available space in the hall, with the aim of increasing the performance experience for the audience and the orchestra or group. Where appropriate, on the evening of the concert, you will be assigned seats of a similar or higher category than those you reserved, moving from the balconies to the stalls.
The PBA reserves the right to reserve certain areas in the Palais des Beaux-Arts for private events. In these exceptional circumstances, the PBA will make every effort to minimise the impact of this.

It is essential that this information is accurate so that the PBA can inform the Client in the event of a change of programme/venue.
