Congo won its independence decades ago, but decolonisation is not yet over. On Monday 10 December, deputy chair of the Women’s Council Tracy Bibo-Tansia, writer and organizer Heleen Debeuckelaere, Professor Idesbald Goddeeris, writer and activist Melat Nigussie and author of Congo: The Epic History of a People, David Van Reybrouck, share their ideas and discuss how they are confronted daily with the legacies of the colonial era. During this lively debate we will be looking for solutions and answers.

Join us in a discussion around the issue of how we should deal with this emotionally charged and difficult chapter of our history.
