Music Talk(s)
17:45 Pre-talk with the Goldmund Quartet & Magnus Holmander, moderated by Sergio Robert Gratteri. Free for everyone with a concert ticket.

Before taking on concert halls throughout the world, the Rising Stars are invited to unveil their musical sensitivity and talent to the European audience. During this exceptional evening, we will celebrate three young artists or groups selected by the members of ECHO, the network of European Concert Halls. For the first time at BOZAR, we are bringing together several Rising Stars in the same concert. Some of these future big names will also take to the stage to play together. A string quartet, a clarinettist and a cellist will take turns, serving up a most varied romantic programme. Before supporting the Goldmund Quartet in Schubert’s sublime Quintet, the Spanish cellist Pablo Ferrández will unleash his unique talent in two highly charged pieces: Kol Nidrei by Bruch and Brahms’ passionate Sonata No. 2 for Cello and Piano. Clarinettist Magnus Holmander will bring you wonderful sonatas for clarinet and piano by German (Brahms) and French composers (Saint-Saëns and Poulenc).
