28 June'20

We are reopening the Centre for Fine Arts, in compliance with the measures against COVID-19, and with the greatest care for the safety and well-being of our visitors and staff. Unfortunately that means that we are unable to reopen this exhibition at this time. The following exhibitions are already accessible to the public: Keith Haring, Mondo Cane, Vjenceslav Richter. The World As A Pavilion en Ah, quelle aventure! Jacqueline Mesmaeker.

To praise and to bring together in a single exhibition the best in home-grown design is the task BOZAR and the Henry Van de Velde Awards of Flanders DC set themselves, for more than 25 years now. The Henry Van de Velde Awards are given for high quality design of designers or companies with a positive impact on our society and economy. At the awards ceremony on 22 January 2020, this year’s 12 winners of the Henry Van de Velde Gold Award will be announced. There is one Gold Winner per category (Business Innovation, Collaborative, Consumer, Design-led Crafts Award by Bokrijk, Digital Products, Graphic & Communication and Habitat) as well as Gold Winners for Lifetime Achievement, Company, Ecodesign Award by OVAM and Young Talent. You can vote for the Henry van de Velde Public Gold Award on www.henryvandevelde.be until 19 December.
