Roly Berrío has developed in recent years into one of the most interesting musical voices on the contemporary Cuban scene. It is almost impossible to categorize him: from guaracha to rumba and bolero, it is as if this singer-songwriter is inhabited by an array of different personalities. Accompanied by his best friend – his guitar – he delivers complex chords and stirring passages, to which he sets his playful lyrics.
