Are your working hours getting in the way of a visit to our Keith Haring retrospective? Or are you scared your kids might be bored? Or maybe you think your hearing difficulties rule out a guided tour? Don't worry, we have special visits tailored to your every need:
1. A Tour With A Point of View
In the Walk With Me series, a guest speaker from beyond the walls of BOZAR takes you on a personal stroll through the exhibition. More than just a tour, it’s a journey with a personal story relating to such themes as gender, religion, cultural identity and sexuality. Sometimes subtle, often radical, and always interesting. On March 26 Jaouad Alloul, theatre producer, multidisciplinary performer and activist will take you on a walk about gender.
2. An Arty Lunchbreak
Do you work near BOZAR and fancy getting your teeth stuck into a bite-sized chunk of culture with friends or colleagues during your lunch break? Every Friday lunchtime we’re serving a deliciously informative lunch tour. In the space of 45 minutes a guide uncovers five key works of the exhibition. And it’s even cheaper than a normal regular ticket!
3. For The Busy Ones
Do our opening hours make it slightly stressful to visit an exhibition during your working week? Are your weekends already fully booked weeks in advance? No need to worry because every Thursday our exhibitions stay open late – until 9 p.m.! For our Keith Haring exhibition we’re going even crazier: for the last two weeks of its run doors will stay open till 9 p.m. every day (except Sundays).
4. Get Your Kids Into Art
You would like to introduce your children to the world of art but you’re not too sure how to go about it? And you want to experience it with them, instead of sending them off for some kids workshop? At the Centre for Fine Arts we have specialised tour guides who will unlock the worlds behind works of arts for your children and yourself, in a fun, informative, and collective experience. We have family tours in Dutch, French and English, perfect for kids between 6 and 12, and their accompanying adults.
5. Guided tour in sign language (LSFB)
Take part in a guided tour in sign language! As a Deaf person, you get to discover the exhibition Keith Haring in the company of Deaf guides, who will provide guided tours in LSFB (French Belgian Sign Language). BOZAR offers individuals the opportunity to form their own spontaneous group. Together, participants get to enjoy a unique shared experience in a great atmosphere. Check the dates!
