Tuesday May 12 at 7 pm BOZAR and Stay Home with Russian Seasons invite you to listen to the concert of the Mariinsky Orchestra conducted by its eminent conductor Valery Gergiev in the context of Russian Turn.

In 2020, more than 90 years after the performance of Les Ballets Russes at the opening of the Centre for Fine Arts, Russian Turn joins forces with the international festival Russian Seasons, to celebrate the long tradition of cultural exchanges between Russia and Belgium.

During this concert recorded on January 27 at the Mariinsky Theatre Second Stage in Saint Petersburg, the Mariinsky Orchestra played Shostakovich's Seventh Symphony, also known as the Leningrad Symphony, that was originally programmed for tonight at BOZAR. The video of the concert will be available for 24 hours. Enjoy your listening!

Other activities will be added to the Russian Turn's programme. Stay informed through our website and social networks.
