For yet another year, the BOZAR RESTAURANT can count itself among the best places to eat in the country. The prestigious restaurant guide Gault&Millau has included our restaurant once again in their brand new edition. And the good news doesn’t end there.

With its new score of 16,5/20, BOZAR RESTAURANT is the steepest climber of all the Brussels restaurants. And it's clear that the guide firmly believes that its far from reaching its zenith.

This is what the jury has to say:

“Karen Torosyan, a chef with Armenian roots who has fully embraced French traditional cuisine, is without any doubt supremely talented. But still we were blown away. […] Arnaud De Schepper, the stylish maître D’, runs his restaurant smoothly. Combined with the often astounding dishes you can eat here, everything points towards a success story with longevity.”
