Encouraging arts and science interactions across Europe

In the light of current global challenges related to the sustainable development of our societies, interactions between arts and science have tremendously evolved and expanded in the last decades. For the coming years, BOZAR LAB will engage in various interconnected European projects to further explore this new reality and develop ways to support these interactions:
The Regional STARTS (Science, Technology & the ARTS) Centers gather 7 institutional partners across Europe and develop networking and public activities that strengthen collaborative alliances from regions, partners and various stakeholders. Together they imagine a more viable future for European societies!
Running until 2022, STUDIOTOPIA is a speculative and creative journey addressing sustainable development through the converging views of artists and scientists. It offers a residency programme where a new generation of artists collaborate with scientists in their studios as well as a process to engage with specific audiences in a creative way.
