Have you purchased a ticket for an event at BOZAR that has been postponed?

We will inform you as soon as possible by email of the new date (your ticket will remain valid as a voucher) or the definitive cancellation of the event if we are unable to reschedule. In light of the situation, this may take some time.
We would like to remind you that you can find the most up-to-date information on the event page, where we will provide regular updates on new dates or any cancellations.

Have you purchased a ticket for an event at BOZAR that has been cancelled?

Then we will inform you by email as soon as possible. This email will contain a link to a form you can use to submit your details, enabling us to comply with the legal requirements regarding the reimbursement of your tickets.

You will be given the choice of the following options:

- You can directly support our artistic freelancers (artists, guides, technicians etc.) who have been affected by this crisis by donating the value of your ticket to them. Your donation also helps BOZAR to provide an artistic programme in the meantime through BOZAR at Home, so that we can continue to support BOZAR artists and freelancers financially. Even if you only donate a portion of your ticket value, it will help them a great deal.

- You can opt for a BOZAR credit, valid for two years, to the value of the amount you have paid. This voucher can be used towards any future BOZAR event of your choice.

- You can also, of course, choose to have the amount you paid for your tickets (for BOZAR productions and/or Hosted Events) refunded. In view of the circumstances, we will refund you within a reasonable time period.

You can support BOZAR with a BOZAR GIFT CARD. Give a friend or relative a gift card or treat yourself. When BOZAR (partially) reopens, you can use the BOZAR GIFT CARD for any BOZAR event: a gripping film, a compelling theatre show or an engaging exhibition.

How do I contact BOZAR with queries regarding tickets?

Our ticket shop, BOZAR TICKETS, is still closed for all on-site requests. However, you can send an email to tickets@bozar.be. We will be contactable by phone once more from Tuesday 19 May, on +32 (0)2 507 82 00.

Thanks very much for your support and patience. Please be assured, we will do our very best to update you as quickly as possible.

Please take care, and we’ll see you soon.

The three federal cultural institutions are boosting their collaboration

The three institutions are also working on a joint approach to implement the health measures put in place by the government. The top priority for all three institutions is to ensure the well-being and comfort of their audiences and staff.
