As a result of the corona pandemic, BOZAR, in consultation with all its partners, is closing all its doors to the public until 19 April 2020. During this period we remain very concerned about the situation of the freelance artistic staff (artists, guides, technicians...), who have been severely affected by the health crisis.
How to support the freelance staff?
If you have a ticket for one of our BOZAR activities that has been cancelled (this does not apply to Hosted Events), you can support them directly through an online form that allows you to
- make a donation of the total or of a partial amount of your choice which will be allocated directly to the support of the freelance artistic staff; in the case of a partial donation, the balance will be transferred to the number of the bank account that you give us,
- or obtain a voucher that will be valid for one year with the value of the amount you paid. You will be able to use this voucher for a future BOZAR event of your choice.
Of course you can also be refunded the full amount you paid for your BOZAR activities by mentioning your bank account number for this purpose on the same form.
If you bought a ticket for a postponed event, we will inform you of the new date as soon as possible. Given the situation, this may take some time.
We remind you that you can find information on the event page, where we will provide regular updates for any cancellations or new dates as soon as possible.
Our BOZAR TICKETS box office will be closed at least until April 19th for any requests made on the spot or by phone. You can, however, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
