We are pleased to welcome school groups back to BOZAR! Learn about our updated programme for early-year, primary, secondary and higher education students, and for academies and associations.

We believe it is essential to continue bringing culture to your schools. For this reason, we have created a brand new online platform formula in order to tour our exhibitions remotely. We obviously hope to see many of you again in person at our exhibitions, concerts and plays!

Don’t forget to book your activities well in advance, as capacity is currently limited.

Also please check our tips and instructions to ensure the best possible visits for your school groups.

1. Don’t forget your mask
Face masks are mandatory throughout the building for all visitors and students over the age of 12.

2. Arrive early
We will open our doors one hour before the start of the concerts or theatre performances so you can enter safely and within the rules of social distancing.

3. Cloakrooms are closed
Our cloakrooms are closed. You can exceptionally bring your coat, your bag and your umbrella into the concert hall.

4. Distances
We ask you to keep a distance of 1.5 m between each visitor “bubble”.

5. Authorisation for school outings
Under the yellow and orange alert levels, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation permits school outings for early-year, primary and secondary schools. More information

In the Flemish Community, outings for primary education are permitted under the yellow alert level and are suspended under the orange alert level. Extra muros activities are suspended in phase yellow and orange in secondary and adult education. Exceptions to this are observation activities and practical lessons in function of the course. More information

For any further questions about group exhibition visits, check out our FAQs or contact us via groups@bozar.be.
