Our general terms and conditions apply to all ticket sales for BOZAR productions (hereinafter: ‘PBA’), unless the specific contractual terms agreed between the PBA (Palais des Beaux Arts, the Fine Arts Centre) and the Client derogate therefrom.

A. Dispatch and reservation fees

For an order placed via the Call Center, an additional amount of €3 will be invoiced for dispatch costs (by post and by email). Tickets reserved online may be printed at home or collected from the box office for an amount of €1 per ticket (printing costs).

B. Right of withdrawal

After payment, no right of withdrawal applies.

It is possible to exchange tickets, but only for a credit voucher. An exchange is accepted if requested in writing no later than 10 working days before the date of the concert, and is sent either to BOZAR TICKETS, Palais des Beaux-Arts, rue Ravenstein 23, 1000 Brussels or to tickets@bozar.be.

Please enclose the tickets to be exchanged. Administration fee: €5 per ticket exchanged (payment on the spot or deducted from your credit voucher).

C. Collection of tickets

Tickets already reserved and paid for events taking place in the Grande Salle Henry Le Bœuf, Salle M or in the Studio of the Fine Arts Centre, are to be collected from the ticket sales office (BOZAR TICKETS).

Tickets for performances in the other halls may be collected from the reception office (bureau d’accueil) on the spot, one hour before the start of the event.

D. Expiry of the reservation

Any order not paid for within 15 working days will be cancelled.

E. Change to the programme

Changes to the programme, performers, hall or event time may be made due to reasons beyond our control. These changes will be announced on our website www.bozar.be. In the event of cancellation or a change of date and/or venue, wherever possible we will notify you in writing (email/text message), if you have given us your email address or your mobile phone number. These changes will not give rise to a refund or exchange. Tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation.

F. Discount for individual tickets

The prevailing external discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to the 1st price category at the Fine Arts Centre or to season tickets.

G. Exchanges for season-ticket holders (as from 15 August 2018)

Season-ticket holders may exchange their concerts (season ticket of minimum four concerts) or two concerts (season ticket of minimum six concerts), subject to an administration fee of €5 per ticket exchanged.

They will then receive a credit voucher equal in value to the ticket exchanged (validity six months). If the same concert appears in two season tickets bought by the same customer, they are entitled to exchange it with no fee.

The exchange should be requested in writing no later than 10 working days before the date of the concert to be exchanged, and sent either to BOZAR TICKETS, Palais des Beaux- Arts, rue Ravenstein 23, 1000 Brussels or to tickets@bozar.be.

Please enclose the tickets to be exchanged. Administration fee: €5 by ticket (payment on the spot or deducted from your credit voucher).

H. Door opening

The doors of the halls usually open 30 minutes before the start of the performance. The Fine Arts Centre reserves the right to use seats that are unoccupied at the start of the performance and/or refuse entry in the event of late arrival. Late arrivals will be allowed to enter, if possible, during a break or during the interval, and they may be allocated different seats. Reservations by late arrivals are no longer valid.

I. Capacity of the hall

If the audience is small, the Fine Arts Centre reserves the right to reduce the usable area of the hall, with the aim of increasing the quality of the concert experience for the audience and for the orchestra. If the case arises, on the evening of the concert, we will allocate you a seat of comparable or better quality than the one you reserved, in the stalls rather than on the balconies.

J. Customers’ obligations

The Customer gives their explicit consent to providing correct, up-to-date and complete details about themself, as requested on the registration form.[GC4] , at the time of reservation, either on the spot, or online, or by telephone.

These details are collected in order to follow up on the order as well as to inform the Customer about any change to the programme, cancellation, change of time, change of venue, etc.).

For more information, please see our privacy disclaimer on www.bozar.be.

K. Ticket

Tickets must be shown on request. They may only be refunded and exchanged under the conditions set out in point B. It is prohibited to re-sell or transfer tickets for commercial purposes.

The PBA declines any responsibility in case of ticket purchase from non-approved third parties. If a discount is applicable, the PBA reserves the right to request that the Customer produce evidence justifying the discount.

L. Liability of PBA

The liability of the PBA is limited to the cover provided by its insurance.

M. Contractual relationship

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the entire contractual relationship between the PBA and the Customer, to the exclusion of the Customer’s general terms and conditions. Any change, derogation from or addition to these general terms and conditions of sale must be the subject of a written agreement. The PBA reserves the right to amend the content of its general terms and conditions of sale without prior written authorisation. The modifications apply as from the time when they are published on the website, unless agreed otherwise.
