cycle: Architecture on Film

Seven years after curating our exhibition GEO-graphics. A map of ART practices in AFRICA, past and present, BOZAR present David Adjaye - Collaborations: a portrait of the architect through the eyes of others, a documentary by the German director Oliver Hardt of the famous Ghanaian-British architect David Adjaye. The film features interviews with the architect's collaborators, a selection of leading international figures who have influenced the world of culture, as well as a large number of his architectural projects. The personalities interviewed (artists, exhibition curators, writers) speak of their collaborations with Adjaye. This approach to his work through the eyes of others permits a unique understanding of his architectural conceptions.
