Cameroonian filmmaker Rosine Mbakam attended courses in Yaoundé and Brussels. In 2014, she founded Tândor Productions to be more creatively independent. Two of her most acclaimed films, Two Faces of a Bamileke Woman and At Jolie Coiffure, showcase the director's unique vision. A champion of Cameroonian cinema, she founded Tandôr Films and started Caravane Cinéma. Through open-air screenings, she shows African films in the working-class neighbourhoods of major cities in Cameroon. Notable works include the award-winning short film You Will Be My Ally, La Majorité Invisible and the fictional short film Pierrette.

At the Afropolitan Festival, she will present composite works, including master classes and discussions about her films. The programme includes Two Faces of a Bamileke Woman and Delphine's Prayers, in addition to a video installation. Rosine also adds Muna Moto by Jean-Pierre Dikongué Pipa, reflecting Cameroonian film history.
