Strahinja and his wife Ababuo, two migrants from Ghana find themselves stuck in Serbia. There Strahinja tries to make it as a football player, while Ababuo grows increasingly frustrated with her lack of perspective. When Ababuo disappears one day, Strahinja sets out to find her… The story of two African migrants was inspired by the medieval epic poem ‘Strahinja Banović’, about a Serbian nobleman searching for his kidnapped wife.
