
Is your class ready for an unforgettable musical adventure? This year BIG BANG, a festive ode to adventurous music and sound art, will transform the palace into a rhythmic labyrinth. During BIG BANG school day, students will be treated to a multicolored musical program with musical performances, sound installations and thundering brass bands. On the menu are wondrous songs by Lithuanian Indre Jurgelevičiūté, the lively performance Wires, Strings & Other Things by The Ark from Dublin and a swinging concert by Senegalese-Congolese Duo Seco.
Students will be able to:
- Be introduced to different rhythms, instruments and genres of music
- Deconstruct preconceptions around music
- Engage their senses and listen to their own emotions
- Learn by doing, sharing with others and having fun
