Online via your bank’s app or using Payconic, or at our ticket office with cash or Bancontact using your debit or credit card (whether or not contactless). You always receive an e-mail confirmation for online payments. View all our payment options on Tickets | Bozar.
You’ll find your tickets in the purchase history of your online customer account. If you have any problems: check your spam folder, contact our call centre or visit our ticket office 20 minutes before the event. You can attend the event regardless of the name on the ticket.
A Bozar Gift Card is valid for 365 days. Everything you need to know about the Bozar Gift Card.
Bozar does not exchange or refund tickets, EXCEPT in the event of a cancellation or as part of a Music package (subscription, À la carte, Flex). You can use TicketSwap if you want to resell your tickets.
Tick the appropriate box when paying online or use it when buying tickets at Bozar Tickets or via the call centre; you can also request a refund from your Bozar account, where you can check the balance.
Bozar is a partner of TicketSwap, a platform for the sale and resale of tickets.

Bozar’s exhibitions can be visited free of charge on Belgian National Day or Car Free Sunday. Consult our calendar.
Promotional codes are only valid online, and must be entered in the ‘promotional code’ box with a minimum of €10 for Bozar Music concerts.
The Museum Pass allows one free entry per day to one of a selection of exhibitions, but offers no advantage for concerts, films or lectures.

It is forbidden to eat or drink in the exhibition and concert halls. You can have a bite to eat or a drink at Café Victor, Bozar Restaurant, the bars or food trucks during festivals.

Bozar does not have a specific baby area, but the Horta Hall is multi-purpose and the reception staff can help you. Accessibility for pushchairs is specified on the page for each exhibition in the ‘Practical information’ section. Please note that children must always have a ticket. We provide special reception areas for family events. Consult the Kid’s Palace programme | Bozar Brussels or search for an event in the calendar using the ‘With the Kids and Teens’ filter.
Lockers are free and available for exhibitions and for shows there is a supervised cloakroom. Bulky objects are not allowed in the rooms for safety reasons.
For groups, book a guided tour three weeks in advance or without a guide two days in advance via our website. Reservations for classes must be made via Education | Bozar Brussels taking into account the specific details of the exhibition and the level of education.

Accessibility and practical services
To deal with issues relating to accessibility, mobility and specific services for people with special needs.
Bozar is located at 23 rue Ravenstein, 1000 Brussels. To get there, you can take public transport to Central Station, close to Bozar, or use the nearby bus and tram stops. Bicycles can be parked on rue Ravenstein. Taxis can be booked at the information desk or found around Central Station. You can park your car at the Interparking Albertine-Square car park. Find all the information relating to mobility on Access | Bozar Brussels. Some activities are held in venues other than the Centre for Fine Arts. Check the exact venue on the event page.
Bozar provides special spaces for wheelchair users in its concert halls and exhibitions. We ask you to inform us of your visit in advance so we can ensure you have a great experience. More information on accessibility can be found at Accessibility | Bozar Brussels.
Guided tours in sign language are available. Guide and assistance dogs are admitted wearing their vest, while psychological support animals are admitted with a medical certificate.
There are currently no combined discounts for train tickets and Bozar tickets.

For all matters relating to the use of the Bozar website, the management of personal accounts and confidentiality issues.
A personal Bozar account is required to purchase e-tickets for concerts and exhibitions. Your details are mainly used to contact you in the event of a cancellation or postponement. Watch the video tutorial.
