Safety measures COVID-19
You do not need a Covid Safe Ticket to visit an exhibition or take a guided tour. The measures you can read below remain in force.
Before the Visit of the Exhibition
Buy your ticket online on the exhibition web page.
Discount rates will be checked at the entrance. Payment via debit or credit card. The e-ticket(s) will be sent to you after payment.
Do you own a museumPASSmusées?Then you can book your free ticket online!
You will receive a confirmation email and you can pick up your ticket on the day of your visit at Bozar. There you also have to present your confirmation email and your museumPASSmusées. Please note that you can only visit one exhibition per day with your museumPASSmusées.
If you are unable to attend, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com or reach our call centre on 025078200.
You need proof of document for discount rates. You can send it via mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or provide it when you collect your ticke(s) at Bozar Tickets.
Our ticket shop will let a limited number of visitors in at a time and is only accessible if you are wearing a face mask. You cannot purchase tickets at Bozar Tickets, only collect pre-ordered tickets.
In order to restrict the number of people in a space, you will need to select a time slot of your choice when buying your ticket. The last visitors are admitted at 5 pm. Make sure you arrive at the exhibition promptly at the time indicated on your ticket.
It is not possible to change, to swap or to cancel your timeslot. For safety measures, latecomers can be refused access.
You don’t have to print out your e-ticket; bring it ‘digitally’ on your smartphone.
Bring your face mask. Wearing a face mask is compulsory in the Centre for Fine Arts.
When visiting our exhibitions, there is limited availability in the cloakroom and locker room.
During your Visit
Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance to Bozar.
We scan your e-ticket, preferably on your smartphone, at the entrance to the exhibition.
Toilets are available. They, and other sensitive areas such as handles, are cleaned and disinfected regularly by our team.
Wear a face mask and observe the rules of social distancing:
- Keep a distance of at least one-and-a-half metres from others. We have provided signage that will help you to do this, and our stewards will also keep an eye on things. A set route guides you smoothly through the exhibition.
- Wearing a face mask is compulsory. Bozar cannot provide face masks at the moment but you can buy them from Brussels Central Station or the nearby Pharmacy at Ravensteinstraat 52.
For your safety, printed visitor guides are not available but you can conveniently access them on the app, the website or via the QR codes in the exhibitions.
After your Visit
Would you like to take home a catalogue, postcard or another nice item? The Bozar Bookshop is open. Of course, the same measures apply here as in the ticket shop and the exhibition spaces. Bozar Café Victor is open again. From 9 June onwards, you will be able to dine inside again at Café Victor and Bozar Restaurant.
We can’t wait to see you again!
1. Take your Covid Safe Ticket (CST) with you
From 24 September onwards you are obliged to have a Covid Safe Ticket (everyone from 12 years old) for events in our halls, such as concerts, lectures, films... The measures for visiting the building and the exhibitions remain unchanged for the time being (no CST, but mouth mask and social distancing).
A Covid Safe Ticket Event is an event at which you do not have to wear a mouth mask and keep a distance once you are inside, if one of the following conditions applies to you :
- You are fully vaccinated (+ 2 weeks)
- You have a recovery certificate (-6 months)
- You have a recent negative PCR test (-48h)
- You have a recent negative antigen test (-24h)
Meet one of these criteria at the entrance by showing your CST via the CovidSafeBE app, as well as your identity card. Both documents are necessary to attend the event. The assigned numbered seat remains valid. If you have a valid ticket for a Bozar event but no CST, you can request a ticket refund. To ensure a smooth refund process, we ask you to fill in the form at least 5 days before the event if possible.
Thanks to CST, we can once again organise events with a full auditorium capacity. The air quality in the halls is permanently monitored.
2. Check your entrance
The Centre for Fine Arts now has four different entrances. A letter code on your ticket indicates which is your entrance: A, B, C or D. Watch the video below the measures for more information.
Entrance A : Rue Ravensteinstraat 23
Entrance B : Rue Ravensteinstraat 23
Entrance C : Rue des Sols
Entrance D : Rue Villa Hermosa
Exhibitions: Entrance A
Hall M and studio: Entrance B
Henry Le Boeuf hall, different entrances :
- Entrance A: Corbeille, 1st balcony and lounges
- Entrance C: Fauteuils
- Entrance D: 2nd balcony
3. Entrance = Exit
To leave the hall in safety and comfort, the entrance you used is also your exit after the event.
4. Bring your face mask
You wear a mouth mask throughout the building, except at a Covid Safe Event (see point 1), where your mouth mask can be removed as soon as we have scanned your Covid Safe Ticket.
5. Your seat is safe
Thanks to the Covid Safe Ticket, Bozar again offers events with full room capacity. So you can once again - and safely - take a seat next to other people.
6. Digital concert programmes
We do not sell any paper concert programmes. For most concerts you can find your free programme on the webpage of the event. We offer two versions: one you can print at home and one you can consult during the performance on your smartphone (low light version).
7. Leave your coat in our cloakroom
Our cloakrooms are open again. You can store your coat or umbrella there before the show.
8. Extra toilet facilities
We have extended our toilet facilities. The colour indicated on your ticket and the signs around the concert hall will guide you to your designated bathroom area.
9. Drinks and snacks
Café Victor and Bozar Restaurant are open, and the bars are also open as before.
Group visits (with or without a guide) are only allowed with reservation. Check out our FAQs for groups for more information.
