Groups

During a group visit, you will be accompanied by a professional guide (subject to availability), specially trained in the content and themes of the programme. The visit can be tailored to the interests and needs of your group. Depending on the format you choose, audiotours may also be available. Seating can be provided on request for added comfort. Before or after your visit, you can extend the experience over a drink or a meal at Bar Horta or Café Victor.

You can choose between two payment methods:

• Online payment: your booking is confirmed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.

• Bank transfer: your booking is registered and you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Payment must be received no later than three weeks before your visit.

If payment has not been received 3 weeks before the date of your visit, your booking will be cancelled automatically.

Do you need an invoice? Please indicate this when making your booking. Invoice requests cannot be added afterwards.

Groups benefit from a 25% reduction on the standard individual ticket price.

Bozar offers a reduced rate to organisations that organize a visit within the framework of educational activities, youth programs or social welfare activities. This discount is designed to support equitable access to culture and encourage inclusive participation in cultural live. 

The discount is intended for, among others: 

• Educational institutions;
• The youth sector;
• Social welfare and care organisations; 

Bozar reserves the right to request proof of the nature and activities of the organisation. The discount is not intended for adult groups organizing a visit as part of recreational, tourist, or leisure activities.

Art is for everyone, but it isn’t always equally accessible to all. Bozar strives to be a welcoming space, offering everyone the opportunity to experience and enjoy art. That’s why Bozar collaborates with various foundations to make its artistic programme accessible to a wide audience, with particular attention to young people.   

Before making your booking, please make sure you have all the necessary information about your group. If you would like a guided tour, tickets and the guide must be booked at the same time.

Guided tours must be booked in advance. We recommend making your reservation at least 4 weeks before your visit to maximise the chances of securing a guide on your preferred date.

Groups visiting without a guide can book up to 1 week before their planned visit date.

Bookings are final once they have been submitted. We therefore recommend checking all details carefully before confirming your reservation. If you have any questions, please contact us at groups@bozar.be.

Your tickets will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. Please keep this email for future reference.
