Performance by Alevtina Kakhidze

For the 3rd international contemporary drawing fair, Art on Paper and BOZAR are inviting a contemporary artist to produce a new work at the Centre for Fine Arts.

Alevtina Kakhidze will present I still draw love, plants and things, an intervention rich in colour, drawings and visual storytelling. The work will unfold across the Centre's exhibition spaces in the form of chromatic environments, illustrative drawings, vocal pieces and real objects. The Ukrainian artist conjures up a feminine world that takes the spectator on a dreamlike journey full of stories and poetry. On Saturday 9 September at 6 pm the installation takes a more theatrical turn with a performance by the artist, a humorous one-woman-show on the same themes.

Like the previous year, this co-production was made possible by to the support of GFTI-FINANCE.
