The film is part of a series of documentaries on art and artists, produced by Laurențiu Damian in recent years. “MUZEON - ȘTEFAN RÂMNICEANU” is a portrait of the painter who created his own gallery where he exhibits but also promotes other artists.
"The art documentary discusses not only the work of this great post modernist, but also his decision to build a museum representative of himself and his creation. This museum can only be interpreted as an invitation to exhibit to all artists, especially the young ones." Laurențiu Damian 
Ștefan Râmniceanu confesses that he wants to "live" in a statue, and the film dwells on this idea. The documentary is produced by the Ministry of Culture - Video Art Studio.
