Culture at Work Africa (2018-2021) een niew project voor het ondersteunen van projecten in Africa waarmee veilige en neutrale ruimten voor interculturele dialoog kunnen worden ontwikkeld, het versterken van nationale en transnationale multistakeholdersamenwerking, zelfhulp en netwerkmogelijkheden, en het bevorderen van burgerschap en betrekkingen tussen gemeenschappen.
Culture at Work Africa wordt medegefinancierd door de Europese Unie en uitgevoerd in vijftien Afrikaanse landen door Arterial Network; Paleis voor Schone Kunsten – BOZAR; Culture et Développement; Regional Centre for the Living Arts in Africa – CERAV/Afrique; Culture Fund of Zimbabwe Trust; International Music Council – IMC; Committee on Culture of United Cities and Local Governments – UCLG, samen met de geassocieerde partners Africa Centre for Cities of the University of Cape Town, Economic Community of West African States – ECOWAS en het Centre for Linguistic and Historical Studies through Oral Tradition - CELHTO.

Three-time Grammy award winner Angélique Kidjo is one of the greatest artists in international music today. Time Magazine, BBC, The Guardian, Forbes Magazine all list Angélique Kidjo as an iconic figure, among the most inspiring women, powerful celebrities of the African continent. She received the Crystal Award from the World Economic Forum in Davos and the Amnesty International Ambassador of Conscience Award in 2016. As a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Angelique travels the world advocating on behalf of children. She also created her own charitable foundation, Batonga, dedicated to support the education of young girls in Africa.
