Opening Filem'on Festival 2026

You don’t let a 20th birthday slip by unnoticed.  Filem’On, the two-week film festival, bursts into life with a cinéconcert featuring a beautiful programme of Irish animated short films. Irish animation studios stand among Europe’s finest. Forget fiddles and tin whistles; this time, we’re crafting an entrancing electro-acoustic soundscape, brought alive by live musicians alongside the talented students of Vila'Ket, who weave fresh, fitting soundtracks to a series of animated films. 

The Cinéconcert is performed by the students of BUSO Vila'Ket.
