Performances

Our performance cycle offers vibrant opportunities for exchange and discovery. Often echoing the exhibitions
currently on view in the Palace, these moments give voice to artists who invite us to delve into the world’s complexities.

Collective creations and solo works, living archives of fashion or objects, artists to discover… the second half of the season at Bozar presents performance in all its forms: experimental, political, sensitive and poetic. From Némo Flouret’s choreographic reimagining of 900 Satellites for the Horta Hall, to the intimate exploration of Pierre Droulers’ personal archive in Dharma Punk, and Boris Charmatz’s solo SOMNOLE, conceived as a state of semi-reverie, each performance opens up new horizons. Echoing the idea of beauty explored in the palace’s major exhibition circuits, Olivier Saillard declaims and choreographs his poetics of moda povera, while on the same evening Alexandra Waierstall sparks the imagination with Seconds in Clouds, in contrast to Elena Antoniou’s ODE, where beauty becomes a revolutionary stake.
