Guided Tours

To enjoy the exhibitions in Bozar to the full, you've come to the right place.

We've put together a fascinating tour that will sharpen your knowledge and make your visit an unforgettable experience. In the run-up to new exhibitions, the curators give specific training to our guides. Our guides will then help you interpret the art and encourage you to look at the works from an original point of view. In addition, the tour is also tailored to your specific needs. Our team of guides will respond to the particular expectations and will answer questions asked by the participants in the tour as best they can. You can put together your own group or join a tour as an individual visitor. Discover the numerous options below.

From 8 October 2021 (opening of the David Hockney exhibition), guided tours are permitted for groups of up to 10 people and by prior arrangement. Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a group discount (more information on the rates and discounts page).

From 15 October onwards you will need a Covid Safe Ticket to visit our exhibitions. This applies to everyone 12 years and older. This also applies to groups, schools and guided tours. Do you want to cancel your group visit or guided tour? Then you need to fill in this form, also in case of a refund. Read all about the Covid Safe Ticket and other Covid-19 measures on this page.

To ensure the comfort and safety of visitors, we limit the number of groups in the exhibitions.

Due to strict security measures, no external guides are allowed at the moment. Our team of guides will receive all the latest updates regarding these measures.
An introduction before entering the expo halls is possible, however.
Please respect the maximum number of people indicated for each room.

When you make your reservation, mention your request for assistance: we will provide staff to assist you in the lift. Walking sticks with seats are available at the entrance of the exhibitions. Check out all the information about accessibility on this page.

Changes or cancellations must be requested at least three weeks in advance by sending an e-mail to

Cancellation due to coronavirus: if the tour cannot take place due to the absence of the guide or due to the cancellation of the event, the tour will be reimbursed.

Our freelance guides will keep the reserved timeslot free in their diary for your group. If the visit is cancelled late, they may still charge for the visit. So please move or cancel your visit at least three weeks in advance so that we do not have to charge unnecessarily. We request that groups without a guide cancel at least two weeks in advance, so that we can give the opportunity to other groups to come at that time.

If you are late, please contact reception as soon as possible on +32 479 98 66 12 or +32 2 507 82 15.

In you arrive late and you have let us know, we will shorten the tour by the duration of the delay. If we do not receive a message within 15 minutes of the scheduled start of the visit, we regret that we can no longer guarantee the tour.

Unless otherwise indicated in the written confirmation, groups should meet at the Centre for Fine Arts, rue Ravenstein 23, B-1000 Brussels.
The guide(s) will be waiting for his/her/their group(s) at the Info Desk (rue Ravenstein 23, B-1000 Brussels). Follow the directions on the map at the bottom of this page.
