The film takes place during a night shift when an emergency ambulance with a team of three, a doctor, a paramedic and a driver, is called to take a dying old man to hospital only to discover the man had hidden piles of cash under his mattress.
The main theme focuses on behavioural change in the face of financial temptations. "03.ByPass" is a drama with social connotations, but with the commercial highlights of a psychological thriller, erotic tension, suspense, dark humor, comic situations and language.
