Organist Bernard Foccroulle's musical achievements are staggering: he has recorded no fewer than 40 solo albums and has given world premieres of renowned composers including Philippe Boesmans and Brian Ferneyhough. Still now, he is piling up projects: earlier this year, for example, he released a four-part album with the collected works of Francisco Correa de Arauxo. At Bozar, Foccroulle will show the world his new, Italian-style transportable organ. Together with a few friends, not only will they perform works by Correa, but also by Girolamo Frescobaldi and Heinrich Schütz.
