How does it work? Once you arrive at the venue, Yondr staff will help you put your phone in a locked and secure pouch, which you will keep with you throughout the evening. You can watch a video explaining how this works via this link.
Be sure to keep the following in mind:
- Doors open at 7:00 pm, the concert itself starts at 8:00 pm. Be sure to arrive on time, because you will have to pass through the Yondr point first.
- Digital tickets on your phone cannot be consulted past the Yondr point. We advise you to print your tickets in advance so you can easily find your seats.
- Would you like to have a light bite or a drink before or after the concert? Beyond the Yondr point, you won’t be able to pay with your smartphone, so bring a payment card or cash.
