Building Bridges - Zoltan Fejervari, piano
Only recently, back in May 2017, this young Hungarian pianist won the Montreal International Musical Competition with his performance of Bartók’s Concerto No. 3. He had already played prestigious venues, such as Carnegie’s Weill Hall in New York, the Library of Congress in Washington DC, the Gasteig in Munich, and many more. He also teaches chamber music at the Liszt Academy in Budapest. Fejérvári was recently chosen by Sir András Schiff as one of three musicians to play worldwide recitals as part of the Building Bridges programme in the 2017-2018 season.
