During the renovation of Studio and Salle M, Bozar collaborates with the temporary cultural hub Reset to present a sequence of 10 concerts of electronic music. These sensory spectacles unfold within the intimate ambiance of Reset's Auditorium, reminiscent of 70s Scandinavian style architecture. Each time, an international artist shares the bill with a local must see.
An accomplished tenor saxophonist, Shoko Igarashi is also a versatile flautist and plays alto and soprano saxophone fluently. She has already made her mark as both an arranger and a composer. After beginning her musical career in Tokyo, she attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, then relocated to Brooklyn, and eventually moved to Brussels. Her second album introduces Onsen Music and takes you on a relaxing journey, much akin to soaking your troubles away in the steamy hot waters of a traditional Japanese spa (Onsen).
Following the phenomenal Sent From My Telephone, made up of 109 songs, Voice Actor returns with a second album of holographic ambient dream-weaving. Not over a hundred tracks this time, but fourteen bits of highly seductive downbeat and trip hop music. A sylph-like voice flits around the mix; dreamy yet accurate. Lust (1) is a sensual record faithful to their debut, but also a little sharper in its relief.
