‘Bozar x Reset #7 : CHVE – Pavel Milyakov & Martyna Basta’

During the renovation of Studio and Salle M, Bozar collaborates with the temporary cultural hub Reset to present a sequence of 10 concerts of electronic music. These sensory spectacles unfold within the intimate ambiance of Reset's Auditorium, reminiscent of 70s Scandinavian style architecture. Each time, an international artist shares the bill with a local must see.

CHVE is the incantatory solo project of Colin H. van Eeckhout, frontman of Belgian post-metal band Amenra. Armed with nothing more than a hurdy-gurdy, his raw voice and some effects, Van Eeckhout creates a transformative experience: with a dark soundscape, he probes into the depths. CHVE's ritualistic drone hypnotises and crushes in equal measure.

Pavel Milyakov – also known as Buttechno – creates abstract, conceptual works in which electronics and A/V stand side by side. In his recent work, sound, visuals and lighting are of equal importance. For Bozar x Reset, the Berlin-based musician collaborates once again with Polish composer Martyna Basta. She can be heard on Milyakov’s EP Enthropic Vision (2024) and has released two mesmerizing albums herself.
