Brussels Choral Society: Mozart Requiem

28 Nov.'26
- 20:00

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Requiem is a masterpiece of mystery, grief, and divine beauty. Written on the edge of mortality, this monumental choral work plunges listeners from the terrifying thunder of the Dies Irae to the heartbreaking, unfinished grace of the Lacrimosa.

Under its new Musical Director, Joris Derder, the Brussels Choral Society will take to the Bozar stage for an unforgettable night of timeless sacred music, performing the famous Requiem as well as Josef Rheinberger’s hopeful Stabat Mater. Also on the programme: Samuel Barber’s serene Adagio for Strings and John Rutter’s soothing Musica Dei Donum.
