Lebanese composer and musician Charbel Rouhana ranks among the great masters of the oud thanks to his virtuosic technique and innovative approach. Rooted in rich Arab traditions, he has developed his own playing style that pushes the boundaries of the instrument. Rouhana has accompanied icons such as Fairuz while simultaneously building an international reputation as a composer. Together with his ensemble, which includes his son Nadim Rouhana on accordion and piano, he explores a colourful musical language in which tradition and experimentation converge. Rouhana & Co. head to Bozar on Lebanese Independence Day.
