‘Christmas Concert’

Every year, BOZAR and the Belgian National Orchestra organise a heartwarming Christmas concert just before the holiday period. This year’s concert is built around Mozart’s operas, told for children. A creative way to step into the magical Christmas period. A paper theatre made by artist Lorenzo Papace, projected onto a big screen behind the orchestra, illustrates the best-known excerpts from Mozart’s operas: The Magic Flute, Don Giovanni and The Marriage of Figaro.

The pupils can:

• Experience emotional moments as part of their class 
• Get to know orchestral instruments and the music they make
• Encounter an orchestra in a large concert hall
