‘Cine-concert Segundo de Chomón & Tania Giannouli 6+’

​​​​​​Segundo de Chomón (1871-1929) was an important Spanish film pioneer. His imaginative short films are famous for their inventive use of optical illusions.  

Greek pianist Tania Giannouli is a major talent in contemporary jazz. She is a composer and bandleader, but above all an adventurous improviser who uses more than just the keys to bring the piano to life. Tania will improvise live for some of Segundo de Chomón’s short films, just like other musicians did a century ago. It’s an adventurous cinematic concert for young and old.
