Until the 70s an important railway premises operated in a town of the south of Chile called San Rosendo. Today, only two trains pass during the day: one in the morning and another in the afternoon. The film focusses on the daily gestures of the inhabitants, in relationship with the landscape in a place that is disappearing.
Cristian Saldía was born in 1981 in Concepción, Biobio, Chile. He is a director and producer and studied filmmaking at the Universidad de Chile. His first film, The Noise of Trains (2015) was recorder in the city of San Rosendo and received the CERES Award in 2017.
