Erykah Badu

The queen of American neo-soul is bringing her new live concept, IMEHO, to Bozar on 14 October. Earlier this month, Erykah Badu kicked off her new world tour in Tokyo, where she presented this unique concept for the first time under the title 'An Intimate Experience with Erykah Badu'. IMEHO is not a traditional concert series, but an intimate, largely improvised experience in which voice, piano and percussion blend together. Together with her long-standing musical partner RC Williams, Badu builds the performance in real time each evening, without a fixed script. It is an artistic alter ego in which every concert is unique and exists only once.
