‘Filem'on Film Festival’

From 26 October to 5 November, the 16th edition of our film festival Filem'on will take place, offering a unique programme to schools, families and associations in the cultural hotspots of Brussels. The festival presents more than 130 short films, feature films and documentaries in all genres and formats for audiences aged 2 to 16. There are Belgian, European and international competition sections, and many films will be screened in the presence of the director or one of the actors. In addition, there will be many fun workshops, film courses and film concerts especially for children and young people. This year's theme, "Unmasked", revolves around suspense: it's not just about following detectives, but more broadly about revealing or uncovering the truth and showing its true face.

Nothing is what it seems, that is what these exciting and funny animated films from the past and present will tell you! Experience a musical adventure with big and small heroes and go on a voyage of discovery with them!
