Fortunately, there are things in life you can still rely on. The pianist Grigory Sokolov is one of them. The Russian maestro is a living legend and a frequent guest at Bozar. Last season, he presented a refined, lyrical interpretation of Brahms and Beethoven in a concert that left no soul unmoved. This time round, he is keeping his programme a secret for the time being. The options are endless, because he skims effortlessly through an extensive repertoire: Byrd, Bach, Chopin, Rameau, Stravinsky... you’ll have to wait and see.
