‘Hishik Bishik Show’

The Metro al Madina theatre company was only founded two years ago but it already has a solid international reputation. Its artistic director Hisham Jaber had the brilliant idea to transpose the magical atmosphere of the Egyptian cabaret performances and weddings in the early twentieth century to the stage. The result is an eclectic mix of music, dance and film, called the Hishik Bishik Show.
