Inside tells the story of Nemo (Willem Dafoe), an art thief who finds himself trapped inside a penthouse in New York (owned by the character played by Gene Bervoets). His heist doesn't go as planned and he ends up locked inside with nothing but priceless works of art. He must then use all his creativity and imagination to survive.

Vasilis Katsoupis was born in 1977 in Volos, Greece. Studies media and film in the U.K. before returning to Greece in 2004. His first feature documentary film My Friend Larry Gus (2015) premiered at the 50th Karlovy Vary IFF. Katsoupis has a strong interest in exploring the boundaries and power of cross-arts collaboration – film production, visual art, video art.

The film will be in theaters March 29 2023.
