‘Jason Moran Solo’

Jason Moran is one of the most inspiring personalities in jazz today. He belongs to that generation of fantastic musicians who conquered the international scene in the mid-1990s. In 2003, his fusion of contemporary, bebop and swing on the trio album The Bandwagon, recorded live at the Village Vanguard, anchored his reputation as an adventurous and provocative musician. Today, with 17 albums to his credit as a leader and collaborations with legends such as Charles Lloyd and Dave Holland, he deploys his visionary talent as artistic director of the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts in Washington. His solo performance in Bozar's Salle M will be full of intimacy.
