‘Johny Pitts’

Johny Pitts is a London-based writer, film-maker, photographer and journalist developing an important body of work on Afropeans. From London to Lisbon, via Brussels and Berlin, Pitts traveled to meet Afropeans of Europe and produced photographs of great artistic and documentary value. He received several awards, notably from Decibel Pinguin and ENAR (European Network Against Racism). Pitts's photographs will be presented during the Afropolitan festival, as well as his upcoming book « Black Europe: A Travelogue in Words & Images» (2017).
