‘Julien Tassin Trio feat. Jason Palmer’

It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of trumpeter Ron Miles, who died from a rare blood disease. Ron Miles should have been the special guest of guitarist Julien Tassin for his concert at Bozar, which will now be marked by the absence of this exceptional musician. To honour his memory, American trumpeter Jason Palmer agreed to play alongside Julien Tassin. Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Ron Miles.

After two critically acclaimed albums (Sweet Tension, 2018 & Moondancer, 2020), Julien Tassin Trio is returning with an international special guest: Jason Palmer.  Julien Tassin wrote a new repertoire that incorporates elements of minimalism, ambient and repetitive music in compositions based on Blues, Jazz, Avant-Garde and Rock.
