7 Oct.'23
- 20:30

The Iraqi Khalid Mohamed Ali is one of the most important composers and oud player in the Arab world. His extremely refined playing combines great dexterity, knowledge of the Iraqi and Arab classical repertoires, a modern approach and a mastery of improvisation. At Bozar, the eminent oud player invites the musicians of the Nahda Ensemble to play his new compositions: music at the crossroads of several influences, fed by the Arab, Arab-Andalusian and Turkish musical traditions.
