‘Kids Weekend Surrealism 6+’

Come with your children, nieces, nephews, and all of their friends to Bozar's Kids Weekend. This two-day event is all about surrealism; the quirky art movement that plays a leading role in the exhibition Histoire de ne pas rire. 

Young and old will first explore the exhibition rooms together using a handy guide full of inspiring tips and tricks, which you can download here. Filled with inspiration, you will then take part in a stop-motion workshop in the Horta Hall.

The Kids Weekend ticket gives you access to the Histoire de ne pas rire exhibition and the workshop. Grab tickets for you and your children at a time that suits you for the workshop. All activities are done together between adults and children.

Schedule:
- 10:00 – 18:00: Free visit of the exhibition 'Histoire de ne pas rire'.
- 10:00 – 17:00: Stop-motion workshop (30-minute slots).
- 10:00 – 18:00: Saturday is the last day to discover Bozar Arcade's artistic video games, in the presence of artist Momo Pixel (Hair Nah) between 10.30 and 11.30am.

Bozar provides a spacious parking area for baby buggies and a quiet room where breastfeeding is possible.

Ukrainian books for Ukrainian children
 
Together with the Embassy of Ukraine, we present the Bookshelf at Bozar. This way, Ukrainian children temporarily staying here will have the chance to discover the work of Ukrainian authors.

This is an initiative of the State Committee for Television and Radio of Ukraine together with the Office of the President, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
