‘Made in Bruxsel #10’

4 May'18
- 20:00

We, Brussels, Party!

Two-third of the Brussels inhabitants do not have Belgo-Belgian references. Brussels is the second most diverse city in the world. Two-third of the households are multilingual. Superdiversity seems to be our main feature. This cosmopolitanism is searching for its own identity within the institutional complexity and the community-based multiplicity. We would like to celebrate this diversity and its creative energy during this closing evening. Because that’s exactly what makes the city more inspiring than the country, that gives a perspective to urbanity as post-national society. It is in that way that Brussels can excel. It is precisely through this outstanding contribution of diversity that this city could become the laboratory of the future.
