‘Meet the Architect: Mary Duggan’

16 Nov.'23
- 19:00

A+ Architecture in Belgium, in collaboration with Bozar, is inviting Mary Duggan to give a lecture in Brussels. On this occasion, the British architect will be unveiling her architecture, which consists mainly of cultural and residential buildings.

Mary Duggan set up her own practice in 2017, after co-directing Duggan Morris Architects from 2004 to 2017. The London office has built its reputation around large-scale projects such as a reception structure for the Garden Museum in Lambeth and an ambitious landscape project in Coulsdon, comprising no fewer than 157 flats spread over five buildings. In her work, Mary Duggan challenges established conventions, reinventing the value of each project she approaches with meticulous conceptual attention and a passion for design.

Mary Duggan is a member of the London Borough of Camden's Design Review Panel and actively participates in prestigious juries, making a significant contribution to shaping the future of contemporary architecture.
