‘Museum Night Fever '16’

5 + 6
Mar.'16

Museum Night Fever is a rare opportunity to enjoy BOZAR exhibitions at night. Applied arts students from the Francisco Ferrer high school are giving the exhibition space a new look using textiles, paper and disposable materials. For this they draw inspiration from De Stijl, the Dutch artistic movement that was founded by Piet Mondrian and Theo van Doesburg at the beginning of the twentieth century. The exhibition Theo van Doesburg. A new Expression of Life, Art and Technology and artistic workshops throughout the Centre give you a flavour of his pioneering oeuvre and experimental body of thought. You even get the chance to print images of your own choosing onto fashionable bags. The more colour the better? Discover the work of the contemporary French artist Daniel Buren in his exhibition A fresco.
